The session
It is not a massage off a menu.
I start by understanding where it hurts, how it hurts and what the person needs that day. The session is made to measure, with hands-on work that goes beyond the muscle: it calms the nervous system and takes the body out of alert mode. That is why you leave feeling lighter.
A calm, private space in Barreiro, by appointment only. No rush between clients.

His sensitivity for finding the critical points is fantastic and hard to explain, you have to try it… When it ended I felt light. I loved it and will repeat whenever I can.

Ruben took the time to understand the reason for my visit, and used the session to get to the root of the problem. I left the session feeling at peace.

The 1-hour one is enough to ease the tension of one area, such as neck and shoulders. The 2-hour one gives time for the whole body, without rushing, and it is the one I most suggest as a gift. For someone with a pain that does not go away, the full assessment is the best choice.
